Attempting to transcirbe and I hear the following:

 There was no known history of "proliferate adenopathy" or adrenal disease. 

Can that be correct?

 

 

could be proliferative -- as in all over. - NM

Got it - it was proliferative. This one is tough. Dr. is mumbling alot! Now I am stuck on - HEENT: fungi(?) with background retinopathy.
