Earl mender transposition? - ag

Posted: Oct 21, 2010

I feel like I should know this one, but I've been stuck on it for an hour now.  In the past medical history, this patient had a s/l earl mender transposition in 2007.  Nothing else is said about it in the rest of the dictation, and it's by itself in the list, so I have no clue.  Her other diagnoses are overlap syndrome, OA, GERD, fibromyalgia, gout, and carpal tunnel.
