tako-tsubo is correct per NIH - sweetgirlsmom
[ In Reply To ..]The National Institute of Health, Office of Rare Diseases has it listed as tako-tsubo at this website rarediseases.info.nih/gov. I consider the NIH to be the most credible source. Making it one word would be done if it was a doctor's name. Tako tsubo means octopus traps in Japanese.
