[ In Reply To ..]There is no "atrial" valve. There are two atrioventricular valves: the tricuspid valve, between the right atrium and right ventricle, and the mitral valve, between the left atrium and left ventricle.
The aortic valve regulates blood flow between the left ventricle and the aorta. For aortic valve stenosis, an aortic valvuloplasty might be done. My understanding of an aortoplasty, however, is that it is performed on the ascending aorta, not the aortic valve.
