Ampulla of Vater - ddd

Chinese physician indicated the "ampulla of Vater with s/l pretty furry/furrow-y folds surrounding the ampula.
Help please!

[ In Reply To ..]The reason for the endoscope was prominence of the ampulla seen on CT, so I believe he is making up the furrow-ey word to described prominence of the papillary folds, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. It wouldn't be the first time this doctor made up a word! Thanks though!
