Who trains the VR? - Stupid Question, I Know

Posted: Apr 30, 2010

I work on DocQscribe, not at MQ.  I have noticed lately that the VR lately has been getting worse rather than better.  Like now, its putting out qhs instead of at bedtime, and other little things.

Are we training the VR with our final product going to the tech team or how does it work?

the contrary, this is a very smart question and - ttaining the VR

as you see, your question was not answered.

It is said that the MTs train the VR, but I doubt that's the case, since, so I believe, if we correct faults, the corrections must also be put into the VR's dictionary, so that the system learns, and I don't know how this works and who does it.
This would prove why some VR systems learn better than others.

You could ask Technical Support or your employer and, please, post the answer here, in case you get one.

I think the best person to ask would be a VR software vendor.
I would really like to know.

I think it's supposed to learn, or at least they tell us that so we feel like we're doing something while wasting all this time. But let's assume it "learns." With all the hands on it, I can't possibly see how it can learn.

It will NEVER learn to know when a dictator is backing up ad nauseum and then fix it. That's our headache. It will also never learn to format a stacked physical exam, unless dictator says, "next line." The list goes on. I have no hopes. Just getting out of the business ASAP.

From the looks of the final drafts, I think they send the voice files to the - just me

school in India that trains beginning MLS's, they transcribe it and return it. I do not work MQ, but this is my opinion for M-Modal

Does anyone know if ExEditor trains itself for each dictator?  I understand ChartNet does, so the dictation will get more and more accurate before it comes to the editors.  ...
