Nextgen EMR - mt709

I am interviewing for an office position and the practice uses the Nextgen EMR.  I have experience with many EMR systems but not wiht Nextgen.  Has anyone used this system?  If so, is it THAT much different from the others?  Bottomline - can I wing it?  I've worked at home and in the office and have 14 yrs exp.  I feel confident that I could manage but would love some input.  Thanks!
