First week of pay period, I had horrible dictators and reports. Had to pend quite a few jobs. QA for that week - 100%. Last week I had wonderful dictators, only had to pend a couple jobs, thought wow I'll have a good pay week ! QA score for that week - 98%. WTH? So this pay check will have 1 week of decent pay and 1 week of crap pay. I can't pay my bills this way, never knowing what my check will be. I've researched other MT companies and it looks like they all suck. Where I live, the majority of jobs pay only minimum wage. I've already lost my house 2 years ago, had some savings which I've had to tap into and now this new and exciting pay plan. I keep telling myself 5 more years and I can retire and work part-time. That's the only thing that keeps me going - that and wine.

which I changed to 0.5% Marcaine and was given a critical error because I had "changed a dosage." Is half percent not 0.5% Losing my mind....TIA ...

Patient has 2 children. Further on down, C-section is dictated in the medical history, and MM ASR output is 2 C-sections! What the heck. 2 was not dictated! I am so sick of the crummy ASR after YEARS of promising us better, yet it gets worse. I have not been doing MOT because my hands hurt too much from the repetitive movements getting to the numerous corrections. I actually got a nice long straight typing job, and my hands stopped hurting. ...
