Email from TSM: We're looking fantastic this morning. Are you serious? 13 jobs for at least 15 MLS and you think that is fantastic? Of course, now I sit OOW already. But at least you get your super duper TAT bonus!! Rah, Rah, Rah!!

Whenever she says things like that, I know I'm gonna be scrambling and flexing for the rest of the week. Great for her and the client, not so great for my paycheck. Does she not understand how these emails look to us, or just doesn't care? Guess not, its all fantastic in her world!

I have similar thoughts. These self-absorbed emails just show how completely removed TSMs are from the MTs' reality and from the "team" mentality they incessantly tout. Team my a#s.

To me, it is a slap in the face and a hard slap at that. Let them eat cake, while I gorge on steak! Not only do they rob us, they are cruel as well.

I found another job after months of searching and it starts in two weeks. On the last Friday I work, I am turning off my computer and never contacting them again and never, ever checking emails or answering the phone. They want to contact me, it better be by registered mail and I doubt if I will even open that up.

What they have done to us, they deserve nothing!

It is so obvious something is going on and I am so sick of not getting a straight answer when I inquire about being oow so much lately. I have just over 4 hours in today of an 8-hour shift and have numerous accounts and should have been done working by now. So sick of babysitting the computer all day long just to get my lines/hours in. Why can't the TSMs--leaders of our so called "team"--tell us the truth? WHY?! Can't wait to quit this horrible company. I'm going to follow suit and just disappear the minute I find something else. They don't care about me anyway, very obviously, and it will make me feel at least a little better about my nightmare, slave-like experience with Nuance.
