Just to put things in perspective. See the link below. I am by no means demeaning any job whatsoever, but I do believe there is a higher degree of skill in making sure a patient's record is accurate, when a life hinges on that, and the knowledge it requires over a cashier. Now....where do you fall in this pay scale? Enlightening, is it not? There is no other way to look at this.
After you see the scale below, thing about those of us who have been in this 10, 20, 30 years. We would have moved up to managers, etc., in the McD corporation. NOW where do you compare? If this doesn't make you physically ill, I don't know what will.
