i graduated last may and i still havent been able to find anything.  every position i look at says you need experience, but how do i get that if no one will hire newbies.  if anyone has any suggestions i am open to them. thank you so much :)

Have you tried MedQuist? They hire newbies and I believe they also have a mentoring program. I would suggest you fill out online applications to every company that has help wanted ads irregardless of the experience required. You can also look in the local phonebook for MTSOs in your town, they maybe willing to hire a newbie as well.
