I received a test from SpectraMedi and the first voice file did not work and the second one was so bad I could not understand the doctor, even slowing down. The background noise was so bad that I could not make out half of what he was saying. I sent an email letting them know about this and they sent me a second set for the test. Again the first voice file will not play, but the second is a lot better. I hate that I will have to email again about a voice file not opening, but I don't have a choice. Has anyone had anything like this happen?
