They put PT employees into a feeding frenzy to work all the hours they want, and then FT employees get NJA. I can see where this is heading.

[ In Reply To ..]They would go back to the flexible employee status, as an option, not for everyone..There are a lot of us that don't use bennies. For me, not giving me paid time off would be a great trade so that I could work whenever I wanted. And it would save them money..Miss those days so much.
