Such Liars!!! - pissed

I always read the negative remarks on this board and thought wow is it really that bad? Well unfortunately due to no choice of my own I now have to work for MQ and it is worse!!!! Oh my gosh, i email my CCM and never get a response, the only time I see emails from her is when she needs people to work. I have had to email her boss but not much better help there. And lie, oh my goodness they lie and even when you catch them in their lie they lie even more. They do not stand by their contract, I am so tempted to contact a lawyer. Example, on the contract it says if you are a CMT you get a bit extra pay, then when you contact either ccm or her boss or hr they say "well you make more than regular tier 3 mts so you don't qualify for that difference." Well it doesn't say that on the contract. That's just one example of many. Please can anyone tell me a better, decent, more ethical place to work so I can leave ASAP!!!!

Please go the lawyer route. Not just Q, but they all lie - & til held acctable, all will keep doing it nm

Quit Q long time ago because of unethical behavior. My company was also taken over by them at the time, and the handwriting on the wall was pretty clear. Luckily, I had an offer come my way in perfect time; swtiched immediately and never regretted it. Personally, I would take all documentation to a lawyer, but not telling you what to do. Everyone I know that worked there eventually quit or was fired and every single one of them had serious issues. Pretty sad what that company has become. I truly feel for all of you still there, and hope things improve for you.

So sorry for everyone who like me was "bought out." I came here when Spheris was sold to the Q and thought "okay, these people are slackers who don't want to work." WRONG... within less than a year the handwriting became clear. I was fortunate enough to have an out.. miss being an MT, and my new job isn't without stress, but it's still better than the Q's sweat shop tactics, and I make more $$$$.
