Shorted lines on check - anon

I just checked my new pay stub on UltiPro and I was short almost 1000 lines (990 to be exact). I sent an e-mail to payroll but was wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem and what did you have to do to get paid? TIA

Have to check mine. Just wondering, could it be due to the new time zone thing. Check DEP to see if lines are on there for day before or day after payperiod that you are missing. Not sure, just wondering if that could be what caused that.

Shesh. If they were once able to figure it out with EST and keeping my clock in and out times in my time zone, why can't they do it now???? Now I have, because of my shift, parts of my shift showing up on different days and now I have to figure out whether I did all my shift hours or if I am missing a half hour or so because I needed to clock out for something. Ah yes, the MQ IT model, if it works, break it.

I also work a shift that goes over into the next day - Stupid system

It used to be the time from midnight to 2 a.m. would go onto the next day, but now 10 pm to 2 am goes on the next day. On the old system, I would get emails that said I did not work my required hours for the week. I work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. It is not my fault the system puts the hours so that it appears on paper I did not work 40 hours for the week. I like the new system because now I do not have to worry about when the pay period begins and ends and don't have to adjust my time accordingly.

Even with the new system, the 10 pm to 2 am on Saturday was too confusing for my CCM, so I have had to change my hours on Saturday so that no time goes into Sunday.

How many lines do you average per day - VR and traditional? I know it's been VERY slow lately, but when things are going well, how many lines do you normally get? I'm trying to figure out where the average numbers are. For me, I do about 350 trad and about 1400 VR in 8 hours. I turned in my 2-week notice and working the last week of the notice. When can I expect to get my last check as I am waiting on labels from the company to send back computer and cannot get CCM to answer as to if check will be held until computer is returned? Is there anybody with this experience that can tell me how long to expect to wait for the check and to wait for the labels as I have nowhere else to turn for the answers? I'm no genuis, but I think I have to make some changes here. My PT check for 20 hours was around 100 less than my FT 40 hour check. I like my FT job, good accounts, great supervisors, but the lines just don't accumulate there like anywhere else I have ever worked. Well, to the poster below in ESL garbage land, first let me say. I too was in that same place 2 weeks ago. An addition to my regular account, but it was all I was getting and NOT getting my OP notes at all. The reports were not more than 20 lines usually, but I spent much, much time in trying to decipher and be FTR.
