Question about Documanage please - sm

If a facility gets a report and something is wrong in it, wouldn't it still show up wrong in Documanage when I go to check the report?

yes - we dont see the finished product

we see only the final product as sent to the client.

So its right in there - yet they say it is wrong

what are the odds of the program changing it after? This is just getting strange, I see things I am dinged on that I know darn sure I never typed.

There is audio, editor (I think) which is pre-client, and there is a third choice which will bring the document up in Word which is the client's copy.

Our counts are doing at the editor stage, i.e., pre-final product. I really really wonder if they run the billing count on the final product or use the same editor account. There is plenty of software out there that will count all the headers and footers in the Word format. I so wish I could see what the client is billed for each report I do and see if it matches. I'm sure we are being ripped off.

Is anyone else having problems with F5 today in Docuscribe to get to Documanage. I am having at least a 1-minute delay before it goes to Documanage to look up Client Profiles. I need to know if this is a problem on my end or on their end. I cannot waste this kind of time looking up information. It is probably just one more way for them to slow us down. ...

Since they did the transfer to the new service area, I cannot log into Documanage to get my line count. Is there something that I am doing wrong? HELP!!!! ...
