PTO for parttime - whatever

Would someone be so kind as to tell me how much PTO accures for parttime.

You have to work at least 24 hours a week and those 48 hours per pay period will get you about 2.something hours of PTO per pay period. It takes me about 6 months of saving up my PTO to get to 24 hours so I can take a week's vacation. Of course, the more you work in a week, the more PTO you earn.

Can someone please tell me the difference in full time and part time. I see mostly listings for full time and wonder how it differs from what I am currently doing as far as production. I currently work part time at a minimum of 500 lines a day as an IC. I am wondering if I go full time what I can look forward to as far as work load. Does it just vary from company to company? ...
