You apparently suck to the point that you are to be punished, but when they are in dire straights they temporarily waive the consequence.

You must be in my POD. I find the "busy bee" emails to - be insulting and childish.

I'm busy enough in my own life outside of this place and that's where I'll put my extra time to.

I find that incredibly insulting. I'm part-time but I work a full-time job...13-hour days are more than enough for me, no way am I adding another work hour to my day. If I were getting paid by the hour, I might consider it, but not with what I'm getting paid.
