Does your QC act like she invented MT? - mine does and it is making me nuts.

I started in MT before she did, as did, probably, many of the MTs on our team, but she talks to us like we're fresh out of school. Our quality scores are pretty good as a whole, so I really wish she would get off that high horse. She sends out this very lengthy newsletter at the end of every week with all these "tips" and other junk, and all I can think is, do you really expect me to read that?? For free?? No, I'll give it a skim but that's it.

QC's know everything - didn't you know? - mm

I agree - and it's insulting. Most of what they tell us is so obvious, and probably something a lot of us knew before they were even out of grade school. I've managed to be humble and go with the flow, but it's wearing thin.

That's exactly it. These "tips" are not tips.... - OP

So obvious and insulting. If these were helpful things for production and quality, I'd be on board, but that's never the case, and I already do way too much for free.

Is this in the now East, was North? - nm

Mine is quite blunt, and some of her instructions are conflicting as well. - nm

It's pronounced Venlafaxine, but it's spelled V-A-N-P-E-N-L-A-F-I-X.  And I get audited for quality.  At some point, the whole world became an insane asylum LOL.  ...
