After the first upgrade, I asked MT Questions why once you choose one of the listings in the ADT list (hospital stay/office visit) you could no longer see any of the other listings (which we often need to do to get physicians' names, etc.). In what world is this response OK -- the "upgrade" hurts the MT and hurts the client. This is the answer I just received:
This basically works the same way but the “list” of all jobs associated with a particular search does not display once you accept. But, when you accept patient ADT, this also populates the billing #. When DocQscribe performs the ADT search, the billing # is at the top of the hierarchy for criteria. Hence, it will always pull up that same patient and visit over and over and over. ***So, if you want to find all the dates associated with the patient, Clear the billing # and then press Alt + S two times to perform the search. This will display all the visits for the patient. As soon as you Accept one though, the billing # populates. Therefore, if you want to go back and look at other visits, you have to go back to *** -- Clear the billing # and perform the search.
