It's quite a widely-used medication now, and has been around for many months.  It would be so helpful if you would add it to the data base for ASR.  thank you! (sending this up to heaven, hoping someone will hear)

I think they are downright lazy or don't know how. I have checked other documents, and the MTs are correcting the words.

My gripe is... - me

when the MD dictates a word that could possibly be a heading, SR makes it one. That is so infuriating to have headings all over the report where they don't belong. Also the word Lexiscan. I keep getting Lexus scan. How many freaking times does it have to hear that word before it gets it right.

the first name of the hospital it sees almost in every report. I think that is pretty much proof that it just stopped "learning."

Does the dictated for warning come up, which is fine BTW, yet the screen flip off the ADT instead of staying? Just adds an extra step flipping back..Also, why is there not an option to just pull in the doctor's first and last name? and the patient's name? The simple things programmers, the simple things make a difference. ...

Speech Wreck Programmers

Does anyone know anything about this job?  Are they real people?  Or is is a software program correcting the SR software program?  What do they get paid?  How does it all work?  How does the software program work?  It is watching the corrections we make on a dictator and make changes?  It is working from some kind of medical dictionary of possible pronounciations (I made that up!)?  Anyone up for the challenge of explaining it to me?  Thanks in a ...
