Anyone Else's TSM getting "snippy?" - Anon

My TSM is usually the sweetest, most accomodating person or supervisor I have ever had. Lately though, she has been "short" and sometimes down right snippy. I am wondering if anyone else is seeing a change in their TSMs behavior with all the policy changes.

Up until now, she was the best supervisor I have ever had.

I think TSM has been "snippy" since day 1. I would describe her as something else. Nm - Walking the plank

Mine has been downright rude over this new work policy and trying to make up hours when there is no work. I know how frustrated I am and multiply that times all the MTs or HDS or whatever we are now all calling and emailing and panicking to make up work and I am sure she is at her last nerve. Not to mention there is a serious work shortage in our own BOB and whoever is in charge of helper pools needs to do their job or get replaced. Horrible situation that does not look to get any better any time soon.

Yes, I have noticed that also. She was always giving us compliments, praising us, happy faces in her emails and such, now snippy.

She's afraid of getting fired. MM has actually fired TSMs for being - too nice. They are monitoring them too.

I applied with JLG and was told I didn't pass the test. I asked them about the errors I made. I received a very snippy email. I thought that transcription was about learning??? Some, not all, QA people need to realize our frustrations are just as great as theirs. That's why the report is sent to QA in the first place!! I realize they may tell the same MTs the same things over and over again, but they should keep in mind that is not always the case, and people do have feelings and manners.
