Question about surgical reports - MT

Posted: May 30, 2011

Need a little advice.  I had worked for a university hospital and acute care hospitals doing ORs and now I am in a surgicenter and not really very interested.  It seems you do tons of these little procedures and get very little lines and I am not used to that.  I am used to big surgeries and enjoy it much more.  I like the company but several accounts are no longer there and this is what is available.  Not sure what to do.

Expansions? - MT

Yes, they can be boring and without much gain. Since they can be repetitive, can you make expansions for an entire short procedure? At least you can knock more out in a shorter period of time.

I can and I have. It just isnt me. - MT

It is a shame because I do like the place but I dont like the account. Oh well. I also like to be able to work weekends if there is work but these places are closed. I am an IC so many times I will work the weekend in an acute care hospital but this place is closed.
