FTPs - specifically FTPFast.com - Dr. Talk

Does anyone have experience with FTPFast.com as a HIPAA compliant file transfer utility? I need one to use with just one doc to transfer MP3 files and Word docs. These guys sound great and appear to be very affordable and a pretty simple setup. I just need some reviews from users before I sign on the dotted line.

I've used DropBox for other things, but is it HIPAA compliant? This doctor is really paranoid about using the internet, so I need to provide him with the safest, simplest possible setup so he can sleep at night.

Dropbox isn't HIPAA compliant, but another application, Sookasa, pairs with Dropbox to encrypt files and ensure HIPAA compliance. It protects at the file level, so information is protected even if it's downloaded to a device or emailed outside of Dropbox. It also preserves Dropbox's user interface, so it's super simple.
