Best platform for MT??? - Mel

Small and independent and was wanting some opinions/information on the best platform to use. I am currently using one now but was curious about webchart, chartnet, and scribemanager. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Of the three you mentioned, I've only used Chartnet, but I really like it. It has a lot of features, which may be confusing at first, but once you learn your way around, it can be a mouse-free environment. It has its own built-in medical spell checker, auto capitalize first letter of sentences, easy to add words & templates. Easy to time-stamp blanks (and jump back to them). Plus lots of other nifty features, like being able to access physician list (and drop name into report).

I have two jobs, one that uses Chartnet & the other one does not. The other platform makes me appreciate Chartnet even more. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions.

I used many in my lifetime and without a doubt, the best, easiest and fastest was Bayscribe.

In your experience, which platform would you recommend an IC/MT suggest a physician's office utilize? This would be probably for four docs per office or less and one to four MTs. Does anyone use IntraScript platform? My last MTSO used this platform and I loved it because I could actually o open MS Word and type in it then copy and paste it into IntraScript.
