10 Leadership Principles - jm0405

Posted: May 14, 2010

Duty - Do what you're supposed to do when you're supposed to do it.

Impeccability - If it is worth doing, do it right.

Passion - Be passionate about what you do and be passionate about it.

Perseverance - It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.

Planning - If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

Teamwork - There is no I in a team.

Loyalty - Remain loyal up and down and across your company.

Flexibility - In all aspects in life, the person with the most varied response wins.

Selfless service - Give back.

Integrity - Take the harder right over the easier wrong.

These were in a book from a guy named Kelly something or other, 2nd season winner on Donald's Trump, "The Apprentice".  Thought this was worth sharing since it can make everyone's lives at work, a much better place.  Apply these principles to the companies you work for and make your work place a better one.

TGIF!

Hmm. If I followed any of those principles, the - shady bunch I work for would FIRE ME. (nm)
