If you want to train yourself then this is for you! No assistance from management. When you email to ask a question the reply is always "please refer to the manual". You make no $$. very arrogant management team. They send you feedback and ask you questions such as "how can this be corrected". It's a bunch of crap literally! I would not advise working for them.
