I experienced the same thing and what I hated was we would supposedly lose an account and she was blame the MTs. It took me a while to realize all she did was overflow work. Google her address and see the house she bought off of the money she screwed us out of.
I worked for about a year and after never getting any response to anything and no answers to my questions, I just quit. She sent me some lame email about two weeks after that and I never answered. Just treated her like she treated me and being paid once a month was a drag as well.
