If you're willing to work outside of your home, check into Senior Living facilities. I left MT work because I couldn't take it any longer and I wanted an employee position, no more of that IC crap, I work part time as a concierge, and it is just fine. The pay is okay, much better than MT work and they hire older employees. I am not assuming you're older, but I am retired.
I did work at Walgreens for a year, but retail isn't for me and neither is the pay, but it was something until I went in a different direction.
