After working for Keystrokes from 2008 to 2019, I left in November with KS owing me 5 months of back pay. The DOL in IL was able to get them to pay the entire amount in May of 2020 (except for some owed PTO time). Sorry to such have ended a 40-year career I loved so much on such a low note, but was close enough to full retirement age that it wasn't a major disruption leaving earlier than planned. Good luck to any who haven't yet recovered back pay, but IL DOL may be your best bet.
