Try to discourage potential coders from going into coding, it makes experienced coders want to both laugh and cry. Laugh, because you couldn’t act any more jealous if you tried, but cry because there is a 30% shortage in coders, the job market is expanding, not shrinking, and we desperately need new coders who are willing to commit to learning the craft.
