Okay Karen, let me fill you in. Lots of places WANT experienced coders. But if they can't find them (and they often can't), they WILL hire people without experience if they have a good education.
I work remotely, for a hospital. When I checked on Indeed, there were over 6,000 medical coding jobs. Are you sure you know how to use it?
