Hey Tired MT. I work for a company and do financial transcription after 20+ years as MT and love, love, love it. I only make $14 an hour but I have benefits, PTO, insurance offered, etc. I know I am getting paid and when. I have never worked for a company I loved so much, from the owners on down.
