are placing the term AI on everything now, but in general, I suppose AI is supposed to know who is who and what is what in regard to voice, like Siri and Alexa, so if I asked Siri to unlock the door, it would perform that function. I'm a bit confused on what difference AI would have in terms of transcription when it versus voice recognition, but I would suspect it will have some of the same obstacles. I did read that AI was supposed to be better at focusing on the voice and drowning out any background noise, so who knows, maybe it will be a really good thing.
