for their lives than you do, and their approach is different than yours. However, we all know how a few on this board hate to have any of their ideas challenged or disputed.

You have no idea what anyone's personal life entails; so, best to do what is best for YOU and let them do what is best for them. If someone feels better working for two companies (and they still have several months of savings in the bank), what's it to you? These days, three months does next to nothing to get someone through a rough patch (especially if some sort of emergency occurs during that period).

Seems you have difficulty with that concept.
