You might want to check out being a scribe instead, unless you are dead set on working at home; also take a CNA/medical assistant course (if you are okay with paying for education, there are places that teach you how to become a scribe too) and work in a doctor's office. I doubt you could find a job as an MT/editor without experience. Check Job Seekers and see what they require for someone to work for them for next to nothing pay. You will also be a contractor worker, not an employee.
