I was hoping to file a TAA (trade adjustment assistance) petition, but apparently the program is on hold at the moment because of lack of funding. If you're not familiar, this is a program to help displaced workers due to outsourcing get new skills and a new job. There was a petition for Aquity that expired in 2022. Someone I spoke to at UI said we can still file one, but it will sit there until the program starts again, if it ever does. There can only be a petition with 2 or more people, so let me know if you are willing to file one with me.
