Any company that hires scribes is going to train their employees. There is one big company called Scribe America that employs remote scribes and there are probably others. There are also courses that you can take. It would be difficult to lie on a resume about having experience because you would have to name an employer and they would check. From what I have read here and elsewhere, being a scribe and being an MT are quite different, so make sure it is what you want.
