for how these MTSOs run their business these days. If you are good, fast and accurate, you are considered arrogant and a smart ass and in their minds your work needs to be taken down by some newbie with no education or experience. The US economy is on the skids due to not valuing excellence and rewarding failure. A good example is the TBTF banks who have recently been bailed out because of crime, corruption and greed. It's a deep systemic problem in the US today. Don't feel bad as you were probably making them feel uncomfortable with your level of knowledge and ability.
