I have figured this for weeks because the reports are coming in with whole sentences put in that don't have anything to do with it and the speaker didn't say. Also, reports are MORE screwed up than normal. I asked if they were using it and got a snide reply. It is making even less work and hopefully they are proof reading their own AI because it makes TONS OF MISTAKES.
