I always liked Javon, but I wholeheartedly agree that he was never really suited for the position he held at WWD. He was always totally overwhelmed and overworked. He was extremely young when he took on that role. He used to be an Uber driver with absolutely no management experience whatsoever. He used to be Doug Ofner's Uber driver, which was how he got recruited for the role, simply based on his great customer service as an Uber driver. I always found that whole story very strange. What business owner randomly hires an Uber driver to run their company?! Anyway, I hope that he is much happier now. I left WWD roughly 8-10 months ago and it was the best decision ever. It just wasn't a reliable or stable job any longer.
