People either don't set a PIN to access the funds and let others use their phones or they fall for the scam that causes a lot of people to lose money on all platforms where a person claims they need you to give your Google code to them - and they then hack your account as they claim to be you. I have PIN set on both of them and not only do I have to activate the PIN to send money - I have it both set where I immediately get texts when money is deposited or spent from the accounts. The BOA people that got ripped off failed to follow the above advice - and both of those companies recommend the above steps for security.
