they were no longer in business. really pissed me off, as they are not cheap.
Right now, I am using the word counter in my ExpressScribe Pro, which does a good job (included with the fee for ExpressScribe Pro). Have to count docs one at a time, but better than nothing until I find another one I like. At least ExpressScribe has been around a long time, and it is dependable.
