You might find a buyer for the books, but hardly anyone uses hard cover materials anymore as almost anything can be researched online. To ship that many books would also be expensive. You could donate them to your local library, however. In regard to the C-Phone, I would suggest simply recycling that, those are too ancient to be in demand, considering that they are Dictaphone products (now Nuance) and require a landline.
