Chances are - Windows 11 user

If you get a new laptop it is going to come with Windows 11 installed. If you find one on sale that is running Windows 10, you will be prompted to upgrade when you plug it in. If you need it for work, I would ask your company what they require. Otherwise, look for at least 8 GB of RAM, a fast processor (Intel i5) and a big hard drive. Microsoft is only going to support Windows 10 for a couple more years anyway. There are a lot of reviews on line if you find something you like. Don't rule out a desk top. They don't have batteries to replace and can be upgraded easier than laptops.
