I didn't give you a dislike, but isn't changing clock settings kind of a no-brainer these days? Computers and cell phones do it automatically, and I bet at least one clock in your house would have shown the new time and jogged your memory. There really isn't any research involved. The reminders have been everywhere on line for weeks, by the way. It was nice to remind people, but no one is judging you.
