I used to work for a company who used Fluency and it was the most up and down system I had ever worked in. I think the MTSOs, especially this rotten company, do it on purpose so they can send work over to India or there isn't enough to go around and they don't want you to know that, lest you look for another job. They want you when they want you, doesn't matter how it affects you.
