You have the right to contract and state how much you will do in a day. Anything above that is at your discretion. While volumes can fluctuate it's the facilities responsibility to get the work covered when it's busier. They sure don't mind hollering when it's busy they need more but when it's slow they have the "oh well hate it for you" attitude.
