I used to have a couple of co-workers on one of the softwares we had to use to communicate with each other and we would chat about things, whether it be gripes, concerns, just how our day was. Right now I don't have that option. Sometimes too you have to be careful what you tell to someone because in this competitive backstabbing world your "gripes" could be passed on to a supervisor without you knowing anything about it. There are a couple of sites on Facebook, Medical Transcriptionists United and Medical Transcription Service that you can follow and sometimes if you have questions about something you could post a question on there and maybe another fellow MT could answer the question.
