I would definitely call. Mine was postmarked the 11th, so they were mailed that Monday. I hate that they mail them. Mine was all folded up like someone had folded it and stuffed it in their pocket to keep. I had one last year show up about a month late that had been opened and tapped back up. Mailing checks is just so risky these days.
